Diamond drilling is a non-precusive method of drilling which can create precise, neat holes from 10mm to 1m in diameter, through the most robust of materials; such as reinforced concrete and brick.

Chasing is a process whereby clean, neat channels are formed within walls or floors, in almost any building material usually up to a depth of up to 100mm for eletrical or plumbing services. We use the latest technologies and equipment in order to keep dust to an absolute minimum and to keep a safe and tidy work environment.

Floor sawing is a method often used to form openings or channels (chases) in floors made up of various building materials up to a depth of 500mm. We use both electric and diesel floor saws to facilitate any working environment. All cutting works are dust-free using water supression and collection to provide a clean and tidy service.

Track sawing employs a circular blade on a track-mounted machine operated by remote control. The track is attached to vertical walls, steep inclines or floors that will not permit the use of floor saws. Wall or track sawing also permits flush cutting capabilities in order to leave a clean cut finish flush with any service.

Wire sawing is ideal for removing large sections of heavily reinforced concrete, it's flexibility allows cutting from almost any angle at considerable widths and depths. It also allows for cutting concrete in areas where work space is restricted or deemed unsafe for operatives to work in.

Concrete crushing is a proces achieved by the use of hydraulic crushers, ideal for the demolition of walls and upstands.

Concrete bursting is a process used for the controlled demolition and removal of large sections of concrete. Hydraulic bursting machinery is inserted into strategically placed holes, and the pressure exerted causes the concrete to break up.

To coincide with the forming of openings such as doorways and windows, we also carry out the temporary and permanent structural support work in order to complete a job from start to finish.
